- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Crispy Baked Sweet Potato Fries:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Serve warm with your favorite gluten- and dairy-free dip.
Avocado Chickpea Toast:
- Toast the gluten-free bread or bake sweet potato slices at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
- Mix avocado, chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, cumin, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture over the toasted bread or sweet potato slices.
- Top with extra red pepper flakes or fresh herbs for garnish.
Spicy Roasted Nuts:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss mixed nuts with olive oil, salt, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let cool before serving for maximum crunch.
